Job Description

Assist in stock management, controlling material entries and exits. Issue fiscal receipts and other fiscal documents. Organize and control files. Support the logistics team with administrative tasks such as telephone attention, correspondence control and document organization. Notification and handling of merchandise and documentation pendencies. Record occurrences in the system. Confirm and route merchandise. Recover damaged goods. Track lost volumes. Knowledge in SSW is a plus. Requirements: High School Diploma or College Student, Experience in administrative and/or logistics routines, Office Package knowledge, Transportation issue resolution experience, Organizational skills, Attention to detail, Efficient communication and proactivity, Knowledge of stock management tools (desirable). Agility in performing tasks.
