Job Description: You will assist in the management and expansion of client relationships within the portfolio, with a focus on customer loyalty and satisfaction. Support the development of already established accounts, ensuring that customers remain satisfied and helping to identify new business opportunities within the current base. Activities:
- Support in regular contact with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions;
- Act as support for questions related to the use of products/services from the company;
- Assist in implementing strategies to increase engagement and collaborate in customer retention; Identify signs of dissatisfaction and act proactively to prevent cancellations (churn);
- Support in identifying new business opportunities from the existing client base, such as selling complementary products (cross-sell) or increasing sales of services (up-sell);
- Follow performance metrics of customers, analyzing the use of services/products and suggesting improvements;
- Support in negotiations and closing new opportunities for client base expansion.
Requirements:
- Ongoing higher education in business or related fields;
- Good verbal and written communication.
