Job Description
Send standard messages to associates; Track installations made on an Excel spreadsheet and update it; Register and install the tracker for a new associate on the Alvo platform using information already registered in SGA. Grant access to the platform for the associate. Control the schedule of maintenance, installation, and removal of trackers from technicians. Clarify doubts of associates via Whatsapp. Verify inactive or delinquent associates and send a standard message; Search for service providers who are distant, outside the Belo Horizonte metropolitan region, to send the device and install it on the associate's vehicle. Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Mondays to Saturdays every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
