Objective: Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring the achievement of established goals, the development of team members, and exceptional customer service aligned with the strategic objectives of the company. Principal Responsibilities: Team Management: Motivate and supervise the sales team, ensuring high performance and engagement. Hold periodic meetings to share strategies, objectives, and results. Identify training needs and develop the team's skills. Provide effective feedback. Monitor the team to ensure objectives are met. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. Previous experience in sales team supervision. Telephone sales knowledge. Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel for analysis and reports). Sales and negotiation techniques. Necessary Competencies: Leadership and ability to motivate teams. Focus on results and problem-solving. Assertive and clear communication. Strategic analysis and planning skills. Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
